Is the interest rate more important than having trust in your bank?

After the Corporate Commercial Bank crisis and the instability in the banking sector which followed, customer service and trust in banks have overtaken the importance of the interest rate amongst Bulgarians.

According to research by leading marketing company Client X, for the first time, people are more interested in the stability of their bank, rather than the rate it offers. An outstanding 77% of Bulgarians feel that a trustworthy bank is the most important factor, followed by quality of service and then a low interest rate for credit, as well as low fees.
