Mystery shopper from Client X on bTV

bTV broadcast an interview with a mystery shopper from Client X. She shared what mystery shoppers do, what they earn and what qualities are needed for finding a job in the industry. In the video it was also shown how she logged into the Client X mystery shopping portal and filled in a real shopper report.
