Analysis of the market and competitive environment
CLIENT & GOAL
Our client – a large bank, requested a research in order to collect information about its network and coverage in the country. The gathered information would be used to plan the locations of new branches and ATMs and to optimize the hours of operation.
METHOD
Our team had to research and outline all active bank offices for every bank in the country, including the exact street address and working hours. In addition, the team had to record the exact location of all ATMs in the country, again for every bank. The data was collected from publicly available sources.
RESULTS & BENEFITS
The assignor received not only up to date lists with each bank’s locations and ATMs, but also a statistical analysis of the competitors in terms of working hours, offices which work on weekends, organization of office locations in cities, etc.
