CLIENT & GOAL
A big international environmental safety organization requested a research in order find out whether a specific type of fish that’s being sold on the market was legal.

METHOD
The tests were conducted during a period, when catching wild fish from this specific type of fish was forbidden and the expectations were that the fish being sold on the market should only be from fisheries. Our mystery shoppers had to visit specific stores and restaurants where they could buy a whole fish, caviar or a fish dish. After that they had to take a piece of the fish and send it to us in specialized containers.

RESULTS & BENEFITS
The samples were taken and sent to the client for specialized tests with which they could conclude if the fish was wild or from a fishery.
